We had our Christmas dinner there with a set menu with 4 courses and everything was really good. Portions were small, but the numerous accompanying dishes made up for it. Service is pretty good and staff made sure to accommodate everyone. They have a DJ on Thursday nights.
Came across this place with the code App. We went for lunch on a Monday and it was actually quite busy and the atmosphere felt great. Very affordable! Fantastic Spanish tapas! Our favourites where the jamón de bellota, tortilla, croquetas and pan con tomate. Very simple but super tasty and felt like home.
We will definitely return soon! Thank you x
Food was excellent, highly recommend. The staff are very much on top of all table services, we had four different people asking if we needed water refills within the span of 15 mins.. 🤭 atmosphere was great, Greta place for celebrating, and catching up with family or friends.
Ok-ish tasting food, but bigger than your usual tapas portions. Service is fine and fast. If you are looking for a quick bite on a quiet street, then this place is a great fit!
Food was amazing! We got about 10 different dishes and they were all great.
Service could be improved for example we were waiting a while before being asked what drink or food we'd like and also after being given the dessert menu no one came back to ask us if we wanted to order so we had to chase someone for the bill. But it was pretty busy, just maybe need more staff in!
This is a great spot for standard spanish with a fun vibe.
The food is basic. I would avoid the eggplant on tomato toast. The toast was not even soggy, it was wet. Dishes that saved the score was the cheesecake (best cheesecake I’ve had in a while) and the squid ink rice.
The service was strange. When i ordered the cheapest glass of wine on the menu, the waitress literally tried to discourage me from ordering it. She went “i wouldn’t get that once, it’s very acidic”. SUPER weird. I stuck with my decision and the wine wasn’t acidic at all…
We also struggled to get our bill after our meal, waitress refused to make eye contact with us. Special shoutout to the man who I believe was the manager who offered us our cheesecake for free since we had waited so long to get the bill.
Very tasty tapas, unfortunately at a premium price. Limited beer selection, and you need to read the fine print on the steaks, since they look very attractively priced, but are actually in /100g and the true minimum price is going to be at least from 150g or 200g, doubling the price.
The food was lovely, well presented and tasty. Service is great. Atmosphere could have been improved by noting customers who are being a bit too loud and abrasive and taking subtle action to calm them.
The quality of the meal means the sting of the price is less pronounced, but I still feel the menu could have more affordable options on there.
Our favorite Spanish restaurant in London. Delicious tapas-like dishes, good atmosphere and fair prices. Can be very busy at times, so just be patient and let the chefs do their job.
